SITE ASSEMBLY OF PRESSURE VESSELS AND TANKS

Part of the MSM’s 3000TPD RSO Sugar Refinery Plant (Package 1) involves assembly of over 50 units of partially completed pressure vessel and tanks which are imported from overseas.  These equipment were impossible to be transported as complete units on the road due to its large diameter.  A.K.K. Engineering has to carry out the assembly works in MSM sugar refinery site. The assembly works involved concurrent assembly of several units of the pressure vessel or tanks in each batch of assembly.

The images and video above shows the assembly activities of the stainless steel (SS304) Calandria Vacuum Pan units. There are 11 units with  ID6300 mm diameter and 2 units with ID5000 mm diameter.  The assembly works which started a month ago are now rapidly catching up in pace and speed.
