A.K.K. Engineering Sdn Bhd is a fully approved and certified Unfired Pressure Vessel manufacturing company in Malaysia by ASME and JKKP (DOSH) Malaysia situated in Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia. A.K.K. Engineering Sdn Bhd pressure vessel manufacturing business setup is well supported by a group of dedicated and experienced engineers and staff. This ensure successful operation of the pressure vessel manufacturing activities to deliver quality and timely completion of process equipments for our clients.
Built on a 2.5-acre site within the Pasir Gudang Industrial Estate at Johor Bahru. This yard facility is 21km from the Johor Causeway and 10km from the causeway to Singapore and its port. It is connected via the Pasir Gudang highway to the Tanjong Pelepas Port and the Johor Port.
A.K.K. workshop is also well equipped with various fabrication machineries and tools to support our pressure vessel manufacturing.

- JKKP (DOSH) Malaysia approved competent Unfired Pressure Vessel Manufacturer (PVM01/ PVM02/ PVR01) in Malaysia
Technical Personnel
Mr. Stephen Tek Choon Tiong, our Engineering Director, has twenty four (24) years hands-on mechanical design
capability in diverse engineering fields in the Onshore and Offshore Oil and Gas Petrochemical, Oleochemical, Chemical
and Food Industries.
Mr. Tek is competent in engineering design and familiar with fabrication works. He has proven track records with good
results in engineering and fabrication of Static Equipments and Process Skid Packages. He is familiar with design and
engineering codes such as ASME VIII, TEMA, API 650, API 620, API 661, ASME B31.3, DNV 2.7-1, Shell DEP & SPE,
Petronas Carigali PTS, ESSO IP and GS.
He has previously worked in companies such as Jutasama, KNM, Bestwide Matrix and Dialog Berhad in the Design &
Engineering Department. He has also gained good experience as Commissioning Manager previously in Dialog E & C Sdn Bhd a subsidiary company under Dialog Group Berhad.
Mr. Tek has designed and worked on various jacketed and unjacketted pressure vessel and column, heat exchanger,
storage tanks, air-cooled heat exchangers, process skid packages and process piping system in the past 24 years of his career.
Mr. Tek is currently leading the Engineering & Design Department of A.K.K. Group.
